Cancelation, Reschedule and Late Policy

Deposits for Laser Hair Removal Appointments:

 

Deposits are non-refundable or transferrable. Due to the upfront costs to the business this is not negotiable. You are allowed to reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice. Your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment, up to 1 time. If you need to reschedule a second time, a new deposit will be required. 

 

Deposits for Service Appointments (excluding Laser Hair Removal) where a deposit is required:

 

At Lash X Brow Studio, we value your time and business.

 

To ensure that our schedule remains fair and accessible to all clients, we may require a deposit for some of our services to secure your appointment.

 

By booking with us, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Cancellations: A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel your appointment and receive a full refund of your deposit. If less than 48 hours' notice is provided, your deposit will be forfeited.

  2. Rescheduling: You are allowed to reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice. Your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment, up to one time. If you need to reschedule a second time, a new deposit will be required.

  3. No-shows or late cancellations: Failure to provide the required notice or failure to attend your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

 

Please note: We may take deposits for some services that normally do not require a deposit at the discretion of the business.  Some examples of this are when a client has no-showed, short cancels or is late more than 10 minutes for an appointment more than once.  

 

For services with no deposits, there is a $25 fee if your appointment is missed, there is a no-show, or we had to cancel your appointment due to lateness.  The outstanding balance of these fees will show up on your next visit when you cash out.  

 

For  One-on-One or Group Training Sessions please note the following:

 

Deposits for training are non-refundable. Due to the upfront costs to the business (set-up, printing materials and to block off designated time for the training), this is not negotiable.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Debit/Interac and Cash.

Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of the services/products and courses being sold, there are no refunds or exchanges.  All sales are final. If you experience any concerns with the service or products you received, you must notify us within 24 hours.

Do you have parking?

Yes! We are located at the Dunsdon Plaza in Brantford and we have tons of free parking.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! In order to purchase a gift card simply come into the studio during retail hours. Gift Cards are non-refundable and must be paid for and picked up in person.

Do you have a loyalty or referral program?

We have both!  Make sure to ask us about our programs during your visit to make sure you benefit from available programs.

Is your services available to everyone?

Absolutely!  Our services are available to everyone. Pease note, that some services (example: Laser Hair Removal or Permanent Makeup) does have minimum age requirements. You can reach us at 519-802-8679 if you have any questions about which services have a minimum age requirement.
